Chicken Nachos.....Didn't overdo it though!
Last night I did my WATP too...so the exercise isn't going too bad either.....

I'm having a hard time coming up with a good name....any ideas anyone?
Ok...so I was down 2 on Tuesday night...so that means 202 now...I can't wait to be out of the 200's...not much farther!
And, for the food diary thing...not sure if it's such a good idea to put it on here....But I guess I need to continue it even if I don't stay on plan, right?? Tuesday nights are a write-off for me...so I'll start fresh...I'm a couple days behind...but that's ok.
Wednesday
Breakfast:
1/2 Grapefruit
3/4 C Fibre One Cereal
1 C Skim Milk
Snack:
2/3 C Yogurt
Lunch:
W.W. Wrap
3.5 oz Chicken Breast
1 oz low fat cheese
Spinach
Plum Tomato
1tbsp Fat Free Italian Dressing
Cumin
It all goes down hill from here.......!!!!
Supper:
1 C Brown Rice
1 Egg
Red Pepper
Onion
Gr Pepper
Olive Oil.....ok..ok...it was fried rice...I'm not really supposed to be having any carbs at supper!!
Then.....Toffee Almond Chill Ice Cream......It's sooooo good!!!

A little bit of History.........blah, blah, blah
I thought I should share a little bit of my history with you all....I have always been chubby, my Parents liked to say I was big boned!! At my wedding 9 years ago I weighed 180 lbs. Before having my 1st daughter, Eliza I weighed 204 lbs. My heaviest was last summer when I topped the scales at 241 lbs...yes I said 241! I started a program called Simply for Life...it was awesome! Christmas 2006 I was down to 211lbs...and currently the scale shows 204lbs....so that's 37 lbs...but the last couple mths I've just been maintaining...so that's the real reason for starting this blog...I don't mind maintaining but I'd like to be maintaining a 60 or 70 lb weight loss not a 37 lbs weight loss....I have another 64 pounds to go to reach goal...and I know it's possible!! Tuesday nights are my weigh-in nights...so that means tomorrow night we shall see what the scale has to say! I'm off to "Walk Away The Pounds"....2 Mile walk tonight!
Exercise
Thanks for the reminder Nancy! I will also be tracking my exercise. I don't belong to a gym and we have no equipment at home, so I rely mostly on walking and a little bit of resistance training for my exercise.

Well...I've finally started my online weight loss journey! I plan to use this blog to share my triumphs and vent my frustrations. I will also be doing a daily food diary...this is mostly for my own sake...to keep track of what I'm putting in my mouth....I will post a before picture soon!
