Tuesdays Food Diary--Weigh In Day

Breakfast:
1 pc of 12 grain bread
1tbsp of strawberry rhubarb jam
2/3 cup vanilla yogurt

Snack:
cucumber

Lunch:
1 w.w. wrap
3 oz chicken breast
1oz low-fat cheese
1tbsp fat free Italian Dressing
dash of cumin
spinach
plum tomato
